We started this business because of the poor experiences we had with contractors working on our own multifamily and commercial properties. Good contractors don't just complete projects - they give owners peace of mind by communicating clearly and proactively, going the extra mile to prevent unnecessary problems, and standing behind the quality and craftsmanship of their work.

Co-Founder
Nate brings more than a decade of experience in construction risk management, commercial insurance, real estate, and private equity. His career has focused on helping business owners, contractors, developers, and investors protect their assets and navigate complex projects. As a real estate investor himself, Nate understands the importance of reliable contractors, clear communication, and quality work. At Telos, he brings that experience to building a professional roofing company centered on accountability, strong relationships, and a better customer experience from start to finish.
Philip Hicks

Philip brings extensive experience in business leadership, growth strategy, executive coaching, and mergers and acquisitions. His career has focused on helping business owners, executives, and leadership teams solve complex problems, build stronger organizations, and execute growth strategies. He has also helped launch and grow businesses and develop high-level partnerships across multiple industries. At Telos, Philip brings that experience to building a professional roofing company centered on accountability, strong relationships, clear communication, and a consistently high level of service.
